Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Specialized Field Hospital, Dr. Suhaib Al-Hams, received a medical delegation from Mercy Malaysia. Dr. Al-Hams welcomed the visiting delegation, appreciating their visit, their continued presence in the Gaza Strip, and their tangible efforts in serving the health sector.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Hamas discussed with the visiting delegation the challenges facing the health sector, given the severe shortage of medicines and equipment caused by the war and the closure of border crossings.
The delegation also toured the hospital, viewing its various departments and facilities. They praised the level of equipment and medical services provided despite the difficult circumstances facing hospitals in Gaza. For their part, the visiting delegation expressed their appreciation for the management of Kuwait Specialized Hospital and its medical and administrative staff, appreciating their tremendous efforts to provide the best healthcare.
At the conclusion of the visit, the two sides agreed to enhance joint cooperation in the coming period, contributing to supporting the health sector and expanding medical services provided to patients and the wounded.
