Reception of the Chief Director of the Emergency Response Unit of the American International Medical Corps and the Director of the American Field Hospital

On Thursday afternoon, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Specialized Field Hospital, Dr. Suhaib Al-Hams, received the Chief Director of the Emergency Response Unit at the American International Medical Corps, Dr. Javed Ali, and the Director of the American Field Hospital, Dr. Ahmed Al-Nahhal. Dr. Al-Hams welcomed the visiting delegation, appreciating their efforts amid the ongoing war on the Gaza Strip.
Dr. Al-Hamas discussed with the visiting delegation ways of joint cooperation in expanding health services to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people, especially the displaced in the Al-Mawasi area.
Dr. Al-Hamas and the visiting delegation discussed the catastrophic situation facing the health sector after hospitals were put out of service due to the ongoing war of extermination, the closure of crossings, and the prevention of the entry of medical equipment and medicines.
The additional delegation toured the departments of the Kuwaiti field hospital, where Dr. Al-Hamas briefed them on the progress of work in light of the large number of patients and visitors who visit the hospital daily by the hundreds to receive treatment and medical services.
The visiting delegation praised the distinguished health services and administrative system followed at the Kuwaiti field hospital, commending the medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
At the conclusion of the visit, the visiting delegation agreed with the hospital administration to enhance coordination between them to provide appropriate health services to citizens in light of the ongoing war on the Gaza Strip.
