Kuwait Specialty Field Hospital mourns one of its dedicated staff members, Fayez Abdullah Barahma, who was martyred on Sunday evening, 14/12/2025, after succumbing to injuries sustained in an Israeli strike that targeted tents sheltering displaced civilians in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

The hospital administration stated that the martyr Barahma devoted 18 years of his life to humanitarian and healthcare service. He was a model of dedication and commitment and played a significant role in alleviating the suffering of patients and the wounded, particularly during the most recent war, which lasted two years.


The administration affirmed that targeting civilian tents, despite the cessation of the war on the Gaza Strip, constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law. It called on the international community and human rights organizations to assume their legal and moral responsibilities, urgently work to halt the Israeli aggression, and ensure protection for civilians and medical personnel.

The administration of Kuwait Specialty Field Hospital extended its deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the martyr’s family, relatives, and colleagues, praying that Almighty God grant him abundant mercy, admit him into His eternal gardens, and bestow patience and solace upon his loved ones.
