This Departments Emergency Department is a vital unit operating 24/7 to provide urgent medical care for emergency cases and the injured, especially given the challenging humanitarian conditions in Gaza Strip.

The department includes a specialized medical and nursing team, highly efficient, capable of rapid response, handling injuries, and managing critical cases. It provides first aid, immediate medical assessment, and urgent medical interventions.

The department operates according to updated medical protocols to ensure the highest level of care for displaced people and residents in the Al-Mawasi area in southern Gaza. It comprises four sub-departments: Critical Care Emergency – Pediatric Emergency – Internal Medicine Emergency – Surgical Emergency.

All services are provided free of charge around the clock, from the beginning of the war to the moment, as part of the emergency humanitarian response to serve the local population and continuously strengthen resilience.
